Help - Settings Changed.

Hey - I just did this file and I can not figure out why it is splitting the cutting area up like this. The document is set for 6.5 " x 9.5 " to cut and everything is on the inside of the outline. I have never had this happen before and it is previewing and cutting off the design. I've attached a picture and the file. Can someone help me please?

Do you have a pic of the file in Inkscape? I'm on my iPad and can't open svg files right now... My guess is the opacity has changed or there is something else going on with your file.

No that isn't it. It is like the page is cut up in signcut. That is the picture I posted.

Okay - this is crazy - but there were some more settings not right. We are cutting again! LOL

Looks like your machine width needs to be checked!

I am not sure if I have the right thing done yet, but I changed the advance after cut or something like it and it cut correctly this time. Where is the machine width?

Look back at your screen shot - the numbers under the button that says cutter.
You need to increase them, presently you are telling the machine it can't cut any bigger than 3.937 inches in either direction

Yep, the top of the two figures should be the cutting width of your cutter, and the bottom can be any large figure

Dawn, Thanks for pointing that out, I never noticed those numbers before, now I know to check that if there are problems.

I think I actually changed them to zero on the screen I gave a picture of. If that wasn't it I will have to go in and change. But I was able to cut.
