I have a question about "overcut". I am using MTC and using the KNK plugin.

I know that the settings for the speed/pressure do not work correctly from the program, but what about the "Blade Offeset" settings? Does anyone know if this works correctly for the Cougar with MTC?

I was told that the "Blade offset" was a combination of overcut & blade offset.

What setting do you recommend for the 24" cougar. Cutting mostly vinyl.

I have mine set at .30 - but maybe that's too much.

Nope that is right, some tweek theres by one or two numbers. But that is the standard.
