mat board cutting

I saw this on MTC forum. I posted that I would contact BC directly for the answer, but I posted no link for him. Don't know if I will get in trouble over there for suggesting that or not. So, I don't know if anyone who knows the answer wants to go over and post or not.

It's been 8 months, unless I missed it in the search, did this attachment get released and how are we doing with it?

I am planning on getting a 24" Cougar and one of the things I would love to be able to cut is matting.
