Hi.. I have decided to give PNC a try... the Y value is perfect at 23.750mm. I need the x value to set at 15.075 but it keeps resetting itself to 15.100mm. I have tried 15.050mm but its not right. I need the 15.075mm to work. Any help?

Are you using the SCAL software? Have you upgraded the version you are using? How are you resetting the numbers? Are you saving them? Be sure you hit the "save" button and not set defaults.

I have a SCAL3. And i do hit the save button..

That's a really old version of the software. Are you running the latest update for it? I would email Brandon at info@craftedge.com, tell him which version of SCAL 3 you are running and the problem you are having and see if he has an update for it.

Before you do that, you can uninstall the software and reinstall it in case there was a glitch in the original download which is possible since you have not used the print and cut feature until now. Often times a reinstall will cure a software issue.
