That's a really old version of the software. Are you running the latest update for it? I would email Brandon at
info@craftedge.com, tell him which version of SCAL 3 you are running and the problem you are having and see if he has an update for it.
Before you do that, you can uninstall the software and reinstall it in case there was a glitch in the original download which is possible since you have not used the print and cut feature until now. Often times a reinstall will cure a software issue.
