we are up and running!!!! I put in the new motherboard and finally got everything together...whew....one screw gave me problems....but everything seems to be working okay. I am going to play with it this weekend, just to make sure. Huge thanks to Gigi and Thyme, and Brandon. And thanks to Sherri for getting the motherboard out to me and thanks for the spacer thingie. I really needed that!

Gigi - I'm wondering if you can send me an old driver for the Cougar Blackcat. I am having communication problems and I'd like to see if it resolves the issue.

I am sorry - we cannot support your machine as it was not originally purchased from an authorized dealer so we have no idea if the same parts (drivers, etc) were used.

I would suggest you go back to the person you purchased the machine from and get assistance from her.
