Roller Clean-Up - Lynx

Roller Clean-Up - Lynx

Postby Mel67 » April 23rd, 2013, 10:22 pm

With cutting the last few weeks, my Lynx rollers have picked up some mat adhesive. I have tried to clean the roller with a damp rag but it still has residue and it is tearing up the paper as it rolls over it. What should I clean it with??

I used a nylon scrubbie with some dish soap. And that didn't work well, I think goo gone my work, you just have to be careful it doesn't eat the rubber.

You can use Goo Gone or Goof Off - nothing with alcohol . Undu also works or Crafters Companion Stick Away.

A am pretty sure Jo uses a product available here in OZ . It is Orange Power Room Freshener. It is in a spray bottle also can be used to clean your mats. Great stuff and no bad fumes. Jo will probably come on at some stage and confirm if I am right.

I use crafters companion stick away as thyme recommended and follow the instructions above and it is awesome.
