If you have some vinegar in your kitchen, try cleaning your pinch wheels with that... I haven't tried it, but vinegar works to clean all kinds of things, so it couldn't hurt.. and if it works, you don't need to wait to go shopping for something to clean them with. If it does work, come back and let us know :-)

Beautiful topiary! Love the hint about vinegar. Need to go to the store and get some.

So I was able to make a run to my closest home improvement store and buy goof off and a small wire brush to clean the adhesives off my new machine. Alas, the printed image is still off, I'm sure there is nothing wrong with the file because I was able to print two perfect images earlier. When I print I would hear this grinding noise and I know already I would have a imperfect print. When I press the down button I notice that sometimes the wheels would go the opposite direction for a few seconds and grind. I don't know what else to do other than to email Sherri.

I think that is the best thing to do. When my machine acted odd, I filmed a video to send her so she was able to see what I meant. She got things all fixed up for me and I am sure if the machine has an issue, she will get you all patched up right away as well.

Yes, I would contact Sherri. As Kathy says, she will have you fixed up in no time.

I'm sad to say I'm still not up and running, I contacted Sherri and she's unsure as well of what is going on. I sent her a youtube video of my lynx grinding while I'm doing a pen test. If you are interested in watching it, this is the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hKRJCLUkRms

I just watched it and that is weird...I'm sure Sherri will have it figured out soon and you fixed and going.
