Have you tried switching out your blades, to see if the Cougar blade might need to be replaced?

(I don't do rhinestones, and have never cut sticky flock, so I'm just grasping at straws.)

This has not always happened it just started a month ago my Cougar has always cut sticky flock just fine. Lesa

I too am grasping at straws as I have not done rhinestones. I know...

Have you added new software lately or changed operating systems? Just trying to think of something that might alter the performance......

OK thanks everyone for your help especially Thyme she has gone the extra mile and a half to help me. It was a blade.. who would have thought that a blade could make that kind of difference.. I think I had a deep cut blade in because even on 1 it stuck way out on my click holder, I put in a regular 45 degree blade and perfect circles all one size etc.. Thanks again everyone and I would NEVER have believed a blade could make that kind of difference. I am a happy girl though because when I want to cut I dont want to have to always get out the laptop and the silver bullet. :-) Lesa

Lesa, I put a little sticky note on my cutter with the blade that is in there or I would never remember which blade I was using. Or you can use a little piece of painters tape and write your blade on it and just stick it to the front of your machine. Either way it helps when I have a case of CRAFT.
