Cuts are not lining up with my mat

I have been cutting with my 24inch cougar for about 10 months now. My current problem is ... Where the image is on the online mat is not cutting in the same place as the mat inserted into the machine. I have noticed this to be a problem since the last update from scal.Is anyone else having this issue? Or can you tell me what maybe the problem. Thanks for you help Cindy

Hummmmm....I can't say that I've had that issue....I was cutting some templates last night out of a 12x15" mat using the WYSIWYG setting and it was perfect...One thing you might try......making the "custom mat" the exact same size as your paper you're cutting and placing your blade in the very bottom right corner of the paper..then set your origin....does that make sense???

I may be wrong, but did you recalibrate? I think some of them do after an update.
