Belt on Lynx?

Dawn or Sherri.... quick question?

Do we ever have to swap out the belt on the machines. My machine is smelling like a bad vacuum belt and the right side of it is rubbing against the bottom hole where it goes into the machine?

Have you taken the end cops off to make sure it has not gotten off track?

Um...No. Just remove them? Okay the end caps are off and the belt is still on... but it is all the way to the bottom of the spool?

Can you ease it up?

I eased it up and put the caps back on and started cutting again, but the belt is slowly slipping down again. Any suggestions?
