Help with Cougar PLEASE **RESOLVED**

I just received my new motherboard today and have it installed. But now, when I take the machine offline and press the menu button to turn the laser on and off - nothing happens - Laser on/off doesn't show up on the screen. When I put the machine back online, I can use the Menu button to scroll through the settings. Can someone help me figure out what is wrong?
