Organization challenge!!!!!!!! WEEK TWO!!!!

Okay don't ask me HOW to organize all this stuff but we have to start somewhere right? Let's go SLOWW. LOL

This week I say we start with our paper. Let's all get our paper out and get it organized. Rather that be by color, theme, brand, whatever works for you just get it so you can easily tell what you have.

I have to admit my Cardstock is WELL sorted but my pattern paper is SCARY!!!!!! I can't figure out how to sort it. Right now it's sort of kind of by brand but that's not working so well because i can't ever find what I"m looking for.

If you are already organized then help us un-organized folks out and show us what your paper looks like, or tell us!!!!! We're all ears and ready for suggestions!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know when we'll move on to another challenge but give this one a few days at least first (probably a little longer). We want to be organized before the Christmas Crop of course but if your paper looks like mine it's not going to be an easy task!!!!!!!!!

Ok for my cardstock, I have it in the Cropper hopper sleeves, by color and brand, because I only have 2 brands AC and Bazzill. My patterned is harder, they are in the books or boxes I bought, Colored is very hard, you can do theme, color by theme, season, warm to cool colors. HELP. GiGi WHERE ARE YOU.

Pattern paper is what is so hard for me to Suzan. one thing I do NOT do though is take them out of a book if that's how I bought them. I KNOW those papers match and they are my "go to" ones when I'm in a hurry.LOL

I used to have a lot of 12x12 paper - I need to go take a pic of that as it is in the garage in one of my extra storage closets for crafts. It's in like a paper storage bin that Karen Foster used to make and is organized by colored prints - also have some by seasons that were just too many colors on one page. All of my 12x12 in the garage is patterned. I keep the smaller patterned paper pads on shelves in my craft room (see below) that I can see at a glance

I think the pics below with the captions should make sense - if not ask. I took a ton of pics this weekend that I will share later. I am constantly changing the order of what is where, but I finally have it where it works well - for now!!

This is hijacking the thread for a sec...Suzan and Gigi, have you ever checked out Bugaboo Digi Stamps...some really cute one and she even has SNARKY ones!!! I have a ceramic plaque in my craftroom that says " if it has tires or testicles it's gonna give you trouble" and she has that in a digi stamp with a lady graphic...and lots of other really cute ones!http://www.bugaboostamps.com/
