Suzan, I read this way after I posted and mine has return stamps on it but I left my quarter at home. I always put double the post on the return envelope that it costs to send and your postal service has always taken it.
Just put your return address on the back because I forgot to do that. Drop it in the post office and run. No one told me they had to pay my post on the last 2 ATC swaps. Were they just being nice?
